Delete your Cobblehop account

You can delete your Cobblehop account at any time, in the app or by email. Cobblehop is run by MAUD LLC.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Cobblehop on the web or in the Android app and log in.
2. Tap your initial in the top-right corner to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out on that device.

By email

Email team@cobblehop.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it's you, and we finish within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address, phone number, password hash, language and accessibility settings.
• Your saved chats, sign-in sessions and the usage events linked to your account.
• Trip and usage logs linked to you are deleted or de-identified within 30 days.

What we keep

• Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Your Cobblehop account no longer links to them.
• De-identified conversations with no link to you (no name, email, phone number or precise location), used to improve and train Cobblehop.
• Backups roll off within 35 days.

To delete individual chats without deleting your account, open the menu, find the chat and delete it. More details are in our Privacy Policy.
