Getting there
On Thanksgiving, the Framingham/Worcester Line runs a weekend schedule. The 7:00 am from South Station stops at Back Bay (7:06 am), Lansdowne and Newton, and reaches Wellesley Square at 7:37 am. The next train arrives at 9:39 am, after the race.
From the station, walk about 10 minutes to Linden Square on Linden Street.
- Bibs: pickup is only before race day, at Marathon Sports Wellesley (Saturday to Wednesday). Plan for it.
- Kids' fun run: 8:45 am, starting behind the CVS lot.
- Platforms: the MBTA says there's no accessible path between the inbound and outbound platforms at Wellesley Square, and the existing path is long and steep. You arrive on the outbound side and leave from the inbound side.

The subway, Silver Line and buses run a Sunday schedule. Commuter Rail runs a weekend schedule, so most lines have a train only every two hours. The MBTA's current schedule has no ferry trips that day.
